- We provide proposals and quotations based on your group size, schedule, preferences, and purpose.
- Menus, program duration, and schedules can be discussed in advance.
- Dietary restrictions and special requests should be shared as early as possible.
- Photos and program descriptions can be provided for tour materials upon request.
- Invoices, quotations, receipts, and Japanese tax-compliant invoices can be issued if required.
- Payment can be made by bank transfer, invoice, or credit card via PayPal.
- Guest number changes should be communicated as early as possible.
- We kindly ask for final confirmation at least 10 days prior to the event.
- Cancellation policy is available and will be confirmed in advance.
