  • We provide proposals and quotations based on your group size, schedule, preferences, and purpose.
  • Menus, program duration, and schedules can be discussed in advance.
  • Dietary restrictions and special requests should be shared as early as possible.
  • Photos and program descriptions can be provided for tour materials upon request.
  • Invoices, quotations, receipts, and Japanese tax-compliant invoices can be issued if required.
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer, invoice, or credit card via PayPal.
  • Guest number changes should be communicated as early as possible.
  • We kindly ask for final confirmation at least 10 days prior to the event.
