Kitchen Bee Inbound Team Kickoff Meeting
On Tuesday, January 13, we held the 2026 Kickoff Meeting for the inbound team at Kitchen Studio Kitchen Bee.
Until now, we have mainly provided inbound services for
corporations and travel agencies, offering hands-on experiences of Japanese food culture and traditions.
As we move toward 2026,
we are entering the next phase of our inbound services.
A Diverse and Highly Skilled Inbound Team at Kitchen Bee
The greatest strength of the Kitchen Bee inbound team lies in the
diverse expertise and backgrounds of each team member.
- Multilingual support, including English and German
- Team members with deep knowledge of Japanese food culture
- Specialists in Japanese culture and everyday life
- Members with outstanding hands-on cooking skills
Rather than acting as simple interpreters or guides,
our team is able to convey “Japan as a lived experience” in a three-dimensional way.
Above all, what we value most is that every team member genuinely enjoys welcoming and delighting our guests.
Direction of Our Inbound Services for 2026
Our primary clients so far have been:
- Corporations
- Travel agencies
In 2026, however, we plan to take a further step forward by
expanding our services to individual international visitors traveling to Japan.
The Questions That Guide Us
During this kickoff meeting, we spent time in in-depth discussions around key questions:
- What value can only we provide?
- What kind of hospitality creates truly memorable experiences?
- How can we deliver high-quality services sustainably and consistently?
What we aim to offer is not simply “sightseeing,”
but experiences that remain in our guests’ memories long after they return home.
Service Launch Planned for Cherry Blossom Season

With Sumida Park’s cherry blossoms and Tokyo Skytree nearby,
we are currently refining our service concepts and operational structure.
Our goal is to launch by the cherry blossom season, when Japan is at its most beautiful.
Our upcoming experiences will include:
- Japanese food culture experiences
- Cultural exchange through cooking
- Time to experience everyday Japanese life
All designed as unique inbound experiences that can only be found at Kitchen Bee.
