In this hands-on class, you’ll prepare a simple and authentic Japanese meal from scratch:
- Dashi (traditional Japanese soup stock)
- Steamed Japanese rice
- Tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet)
- Onigirazu (rice sandwich)
- Miso soup
After cooking, we’ll sit down and enjoy the meal together.
